T-Shirt Design Contest Design a T-Shirt for this year's NJ History Day Contest at William Paterson University! Your design will be printed on the T-shirts given out to all entrants in the 2008 NJ History Day Contest! All T-Shirt designs are due by DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED T-Shirt Design Contest Rules And Criteria: 1)This contest is open to all 6-12 grade students in all schools in New Jersey. 2)The design for the T-Shirt must incorporate and reflect the National History Day 2006 Theme, Taking a Stand in History: People, Ideas, Events. 3)The design must not exceed 81/2"x 11". 4)The design can be full-color or black and white; the NJ History Day Advisory Board does not guarantee color printing on the T-Shirts. 5)Designs will be judged by the NJ History Day Advisory Board based on the following criteria: relevance to contest theme; originality; creativity; use of NJ examples to exemplify national theme. One winner will be selected. All decisions of the judges are final. 6)Artwork must be submitted camera ready and becomes property of NJ History Day. Winner agrees to have their art reproduced on the 2008 NJ History Day T-Shirt for all NJ contest participants. 7)Winner will be contacted by phone and by mail.
